UBTS International Corp. is proud to share that its Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Armand Gaetan NGUETI, has been confirmed as a featured speaker at “The Future of Money, Governance and the Law” (FOMGL 2026), the international summit organised by the Government Blockchain Association (GBA).
The summit brings together leading minds in technology, finance and law from around the world. It is held on 29 and 30 September 2026 in Washington, D.C., United States.
African leadership, recognised worldwide
Armand Gaetan NGUETI speaks at the summit in a dual capacity:
- Founding National President of the Blockchain Association of Cameroon;
- Regional Director for Africa (Africa Lead) of the Government Blockchain Association (GBA).
In announcing the news, the Blockchain Association of Cameroon described his selection among the summit’s high-level speakers as a testament to his expertise, his leadership in the African technology ecosystem and his continued commitment to the adoption of distributed ledger technologies (DLT) on the continent.
Data, interoperability and the future of markets
His theme is one of the defining questions of the global digital economy: “Data, interoperability and the future of markets.”
As Africa accelerates its digital transformation and the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), the theme carries particular weight. Armand Gaetan NGUETI shares his vision of how data sovereignty, coupled with seamless technological interoperability, will shape the resilience, traceability and prosperity of tomorrow’s markets.
